Stronger Together
Family well-being in our communities
Program Overview
Designed for Family Well-Being Departments to support healthy, balanced homes through practical tools, shared learning, and family-centred strategies.
This program helps families explore what family well-being means in First Nations communities — what it looks like, and why it matters. Participants build on family strengths and shared values while developing practical tools for communication, stress management, and healthy living.
