Summer Youth Employment Program
Program Overview
Roots to Success is a Summer Youth Employment Program designed to help Indigenous youth learn employment skills, gain real experience, and give back to their community.
Participants earn a Certificate of Completion, build a custom resume, and have the opportunity to win prizes. The program combines practical employment skills training with 1–2 days of in-community volunteering where participants choose their own roles.
This 2-week in-community program gives youth the tools and confidence they need to enter the workforce while strengthening their connection to their community.
